This video provides a brief glimpse into Sheena’s garment-intake operation. Each garment when received is entered into the computer and then inspected for any and all problems. A list is made of any custom accessories, fabrics, threads or other supplies that will need to be shopped in order to restore the garment to its original authentic condition.

Sheena insists on staying true to each garment’s authenticity – in every detail. This means paying meticulous attention to every detail, such as making sure the stitches match the designer’s original stitches. It even means going so far as to not creating new holes when restoring a garment but rather sewing each stitch into the same holes the original stitches used.
